Today, I had a great print shoot for Bealls! Look for me on a banner in the "petite" section of select stores in September. I'll post copies of the photos when I get them. :)

I have some fun news! I've been asked to be a judge at the 48 Hour Film Project Orlando where filmmakers from all over the area compete to see who can make the best short film in only 48 hours. I'll be at the screenings on August 22nd and 23rd. Should be fun! :)

In April, I did an interview for Indie Cinema Showcase, a Florida based television show that spotlights the independent film community in Central Florida. In the interview, I chat about being a Florida actor and what it was like working on Cassadaga. The episode aired a few days ago, and here it is!

The Inbetweeners

Tonight, we had a great table read for the new web series "Fauxtography." The script is hilarious and I'm excited to start production next month. MORE DETAILS SOON!

This has been a very productive week! I shot two more commercial spots for Courtesy Nissan/Hyundai, got booked on a Coldeeze commercial that shoots next week and had a great callback for a series regular role on a new sitcom! All while working a convention Monday through Friday! Whew!

In October, I shot an episode of the new MTV series The Inbetweeners. FINALLY, there's news about its release! MTV has added the show to its summer lineup and the cast was out and about at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday.

Army Wives update: After the 13th episode airs on May 20th, the series will be taking a break and returning on June 24th. According to my calculations, that means my episode (#17) will air on Sunday, July 15th. Sooo, mark your calendars with pencil until I can confirm. :)

My trip to Charleston to shoot Army Wives was awesome! Seriously, one of the nicest Crews I've ever worked with. Not to mention the wonderful actors I shared a scene with. Shaina, with all of her eyeliner and sass, was such a fun character to play. Perhaps, this will be my "big break" into more ghetto roles. ;D

I'm so very excited to announce that I booked a role on the Lifetime series Army Wives!!! I'll be playing "Shaina" in the 17th episode of the season. Next week, I fly to Charleston, South Carolina for the shoot. Special thanks to: Richard Futch, Traci at Brevard Talent Group & my wonderful hubby, Garrett for taping all of my auditions. :D
